I have been using this product for 2 DAYS! and can already see a calmer, more relaxed 12yr old cat. Her poop has gotten more bulky...not runny...sorry for the mental image. My poor little cat has gotten so thin and because she's partly feral, I didn't want to traumatize her by going to a vet. My 12 year old calico, Malia has been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and I am still working on regulating her methamazole (vet prescribed medicine). My cat has only been on this regimen for a week, but I am seeing some small changes. He was eating five times more than he used to but was down to skin and bones. His appetite is slowing down. I'm on the fence, this is not a small tablet form as depicted in pictures. They are very tiny round balls. When I got my order I put some on the floor to see if my cat would eat them. She tried but they are so small they kept falling out of her mouth. I add them to her wet food (she doesn't get dry food) she eats some but there are usually a few left in the bottom of her dish. It's been a year now since she was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism. She doesn't like the prescription medicine at all. I was hoping this might help. Only time will tell.

Not sure if this will help but I have a senior cat 18 years old and a very active thyroid. He was not able to make it to the bathroom on time and pooped himself while sleeping. He would have multiple episodes a day at one point and his stool would be very loose. After I started using this he had some improvements but not drastically. He would only have one or two accidents every couple of days. We are giving him seven pills per feeding two times a day I might increase and he's only six and a half pounds. His appetite is still there and he still has accidents but I believe it's made some improvement.
